Long smoked salmon, shrimps & tiger prawns with avocado, rocket & brown bread

Fillet steak carpaccio with a quail scotch egg, parmesan & rocket

In-house made French Muscatel pumpkin ravioli with parmesan, sage & a blue cheese

Scottish king halibut, wild spinach, rainbow chard, samphire, capers & tomato salsa

Golden crown of turkey papilotte stuffed with apricot, cranberry & onion stuffing, bread sauce
& all the trimmings

Spiced cashew nut & peanut Sri Lankan curry served with onion, coconut milk & coriander rice

Beef wagyu served with crushed new potatoes, spring onions, parsley & olive oil, red wine jus
& vegetables

Slow cooked ox cheeks, celery, carrots, horseradish mashed potatoes & an onion sauce
